Return 5 eligible empty litter tubs and receive 1 replacement litter tub. Return 10 and receive 2. Rewards are issued for each complete set of five returned tubs. The replacement product and size are agreed with customer service when you book.

What can be returned

• Empty CATPAK cat litter tubs and Waggle dog litter tubs are eligible.
• CATPAK and Waggle empty tubs may be combined toward a complete set of five.
• There is no minimum number of empty tubs required to contact us or request a return. A reward is issued only for each complete set of five.

Doorstep collection

Place an order for at least 4 new participating litter tubs in the same booking and the pickup fee is waived. If the same-booking order is for fewer than 4 tubs, or there is no order, the pickup fee is A$20.

• You may leave the tubs outside at the agreed collection location. You do not need to be home.
• Your delivery and empty-tub collection may be arranged for different days.
• Contact customer service to confirm timing and tub preparation for your booking.

Standard shipping: A$10. Express shipping: A$20. There is no free-shipping threshold for Australia. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout and may differ slightly from these rates.

Waiving the collection fee does not waive delivery charges.
