Member pricing in Singapore is S$9.90 per bucket on orders of 8 or more, and S$15 per bucket below 8. Ordering 8 buckets gets you the member price and free collection in the same booking.
How collection works
Leave your 10 empty buckets outside your door on the booked day. The driver collects them, so you don't need to be home and there's no handover.
New buckets and empty-bucket collection are booked separately and may be scheduled on different days. We'll confirm both dates with you.

Is collection free?
It's free when you place a restock order in the same booking — 4 buckets or more in Hong Kong, or 8 or more at the member price in Singapore. Collection without an order costs HK$40 in Hong Kong and S$20 in Singapore. Dropping buckets off yourself is always free.
Do I need to be home when you collect?
No. Leave the buckets outside your door on the booked day and the driver collects them. There's no handover.
Will my new buckets arrive the same day you collect the empties?
Not always. Delivery and collection are booked separately and can fall on different days. We'll confirm both dates when you book.
Where can I drop buckets off myself?
In Hong Kong, at Kwun Tong — please book one day ahead. In Singapore, at our Mandai partner point, Monday to Friday between 12:00 and 18:00. Drop-off is free in both places.
